Join us in June 2025 for a workshop hosted at Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots, for an operational tour of Daktronics technology. During this half-day session, we will explore best-in-class management of customer issues (including anticipation, avoidance and resolution) by designing for the right-fit experiences across remote support and field services. Attendees will learn how organizations like Daktronics leverage IoT data and technology to monitor and make confident decisions at scale on connected assets, enabling proactive support and diagnoses that increase in speed and accuracy. We’ll also discuss the importance of efficient information exchange and guided access to consumable customer intelligence, in empowering technicians on- and off-site to elevate the service experience. Spaces will go fast so sign up soon!
