Service Journey Day: Leading with Purpose – Bridging Circularity, Automation & Culture w/ GEA Group

GEA Group
June 9th, 2026 | Munich, Germany

Join us on June 9th for a Service Journey Day hosted by GEA Group, where service leaders will come together for an immersive, peer-driven conversation on how service organizations are evolving into engines of growth. Throughout the day, participants will explore how circularity and sustainability can move beyond operational initiatives to become strategic drivers of revenue and customer acquisition, examine how the role of the service leader is shifting within the C-suite, and discuss the cultural and operational barriers that still prevent many service organizations from fully operating as profit centers.

Through interactive workshops and candid discussion, attendees will share practical insights on aligning circular economy metrics with enterprise outcomes, strengthening service’s strategic voice, and building the capabilities required to connect operational feasibility with commercial success. The day will include an operational tour of GEA’s facilities in use at Kloster Andechs, one of the last remaining monastery breweries, followed by an evening of beer tasting, dinner and networking.
