Andreas (Andy) Schneider is Vice President, Services and Support at Canon EMEA. Prior to this, he held senior management roles in services, operations, sales and marketing across the technology and document industry.

Andy began his career at Canon EMEA in 2017 at the National Sales Organisation in Switzerland as Service and Support Director, where he was responsible for all service activities. Since then, Andy moved to the Regional Sales Headquarters in London and expanded his remit as Workspace Services Director, and European Program Director before becoming European Vice President of Services and Support.

In his current role, Andy’s responsibility encompasses steering the European Services and Support strategy. His focus is on optimizing service delivery processes, strategizing for business growth, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. His tenure at Canon has been marked by directing a significant European transformation program for B2B services, a testament to his commitment to innovation and excellence.
