Brandon Simon is Managing Director, Customer Support at Crown Equipment Corporation, where he leads corporate aftermarket support programs for a global manufacturer of material handling solutions. Over more than 20 years with Crown, Brandon has progressed through leadership roles in field service and aftermarket sales, driving initiatives that enhance fleet performance and customer experience for end-users and dealer partners. Beyond his operational leadership, Brandon is an active industry collaborator and community advocate. He partners with universities and dealer networks to develop talent and share best practices. He holds an MBA in Leadership from Ohio University and a BBA in Finance from the University of Toledo—an academic foundation he applies to service growth, commercialization, and continuous improvement across Crown’s aftermarket ecosystem. Brandon looks forward to contributing his field service and customer support perspective to the Service Council’s advisory work on workforce development, service innovation, and outcome‑based support models
