Brian MacLeod is the VP of Membership Services at WHOOP, where he leads the strategy, operations, and innovation behind delivering a world-class member experience at scale. He is advancing a vision centered on leveraging member data, improved tooling & technology, and employee empowerment to create a distinguished, hyper-personalized service experience for WHOOP members.

Brian brings more than two decades of leadership experience across customer experience and service transformation at companies including CVS Health, Chewy, and Wayfair. In those roles, he led large-scale transformations that significantly improved customer satisfaction and operational performance. In his home state of Maine, Brian also serves as the board chair of the Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program. Its mission is to strengthen the community by providing food today while advancing lasting solutions to food insecurity through education, collaboration, and advocacy.
