Carol Talbert is a seasoned operations and logistics leader with over 30 years of experience in diagnostics and automotive sectors. As Director of Operations at Roche Support Network, she drives strategic execution and impactful results.

Since joining Roche in 2014, Carol has mentored high-performing teams, enhanced engagement, and led major initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma improvements, global change management, and innovative spare parts distribution. She successfully managed a global 3/4PL transition, ensuring seamless operations and superior customer service, and spearheaded ERP implementations to optimize inventory and efficiency.
Previously, at Delphi Corporation, Carol implemented SAP warehouse distribution systems, achieving significant cost savings and process enhancements. She holds an MBA from Ball State University, a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Indiana University, and is PROSCI Change Management certified. Her leadership has earned her multiple awards for operational excellence.

Carol’s expertise spans stakeholder management, leadership, continuous improvement, change management, and customer focus. She applies these skills to drive efficiency in complex global projects.

Outside work, Carol enjoys family time, playing with her granddaughters, water skiing, boating, fitness, and reading. She supports missionary efforts and resides in Carmel, IN, with her husband and their Cavapoo, Maverik.
