Caroline Häggström is an internationally recognized transformation leader in the energy sector, known for combining a sharp business perspective with People-First leadership style.
For more than two decades at Vattenfall, she has led change and operational development across the full value chain – spanning finance and strategy, construction and operations, sales, and market development, giving her a rare ability to connect the big picture and strategic ambition with day-to-day execution. From 2018 to 2025, Caroline served as CEO of Vattenfall Customer Service Nordic, where she spearheaded a major cultural and performance transformation. Under her leadership, the organization strengthened customer outcomes while also being recognized for its workplace culture – including winning awards for Great Place to Work, Diversity Employer Gold, and for Sweden’s best customer service in the energy sector. Caroline has also been named one of Future of Field Service’s “Stand Out 50 Leaders,” twice. Since 2024, she holds the position as VP of Transformation, for Vattenfall Group.
