With a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Sales Management from the University of Akron, Ohio, Carrie combines strong leadership skills with a keen attention to detail.
Over her 20-year career, she has demonstrated a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service while maintaining cost efficiency. Her progressive leadership style has been instrumental in launching successful self-service solutions, such as external knowledge bases, chatbots, and multiple CRM platforms.
Carrie is passionate about amplifying the Voice of the Customer through journey mapping, qualitative and quantitative research, and various feedback mechanisms, all aimed at fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction. She is known for being a strong advocate for mentorship and founded the Emerging Leaders program at Generac.
