Curtis Carter is a nationally recognized leader in field service operations, known for driving strategic innovation and building high-performing teams across complex service environments. As Vice President of Field Service at Benco Dental, Curtis oversees 26 regions and over 345 team members, guiding the company’s service strategy, installation execution, and customer experience initiatives across the continental U.S.
Under his leadership, Benco’s technician response times, satisfaction scores, and operational KPIs reached record highs. Curtis served as the Executive Team Lead for Benco’s 2024 Equipment Installation Strategy Team and has led multiple enterprise-level initiatives, including the national “Focus 5” market expansion program.

With more than a decade of experience in both sales and service leadership roles, Curtis is known for connecting the dots between customer experience, technician empowerment, and bottom-line impact. He is passionate about developing future leaders, leveraging data to inform decisions, and ensuring field service is not only operationally sound—but a competitive advantage.

Beyond the business, Curtis is a Lean Six Sigma White Belt, a martial arts enthusiast, and a mountain bike race competitor. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
