Deepika is a technology, operations and strategy executive with over 20 years of global experience with General Electric (GE), McKinsey & Co, Infosys Technologies, Uptake Technologies, Corning Inc. and Dover Corporation where she has held where global Digital/IT Leadership roles.

She is currently the VP of Digital Applications and Connected Factory at Dover Corporation, where she is responsible for driving the Digitization of Customer Experience B2B Commercial Applications, Service Digitization and building Manufacturing 4.0 capability. She is also technology enthusiast and co-found and advises a B2B Industry 4.0 focused Chicago based Venture Capital fund Exposition Ventures.

Prior to this Deepika lead Applications and Business Engagement for Corning Inc. where she oversaw the company’s digital transformation across commercial, finance, manufacturing and supply chain life cycle and build the advanced analytics and digital service platforms.

At the Internet of Things (IOT) startup Uptake she led Solutions for the Energy vertical and process optimization. She worked across Sales, Engineering and Product teams to deliver IOT Solution Strategy.

She worked for General Electric (GE) for over 9 years in various strategy, operations and Chief Information Officer (CIO) roles in the GE corporate HQ, the Middle East region and various states in the US. Apart from GE Corporate she also worked for the GE Oil & Gas business and the GE Renewable Energy business. She developed the digital strategy for the businesses and regions she served, led major technology transformations and pioneered many solutions that were leveraged by GE globally.

Prior to joining GE, Deepika worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co., where she implemented growth strategy and market expansion projects for multiple Fortune 500 companies in the industrial and financial sector. In addition, she led lean process improvement projects for retail and government clients. In her time with IT consulting and software development firm Infosys Technologies in India and China she worked on various software development projects, the China growth strategy and also led an ISO 14001 initiative.

Deepika has a BS Engineering degree in Manufacturing Processes and Automation from Delhi University.
She also has an MBA in International Business Strategy, from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA. She has lived and worked globally and was recognized in top 100 CIO’s in the Middle East.

Deepika lives with her husband and three children. She also volunteers with various organizations focused on helping young adults in tough circumstances start a career in technology. She also serves on the board of Safer Foundation. She is a Forte fellow and an advocate for working mothers in technology leadership.
