With three decades of global leadership and operational excellence in the medical diagnostics industry, Ed is passionate about cultivating innovative leadership teams and fostering exceptional workplace cultures that thrive in today’s dynamic business landscape. His focus on operational excellence has led teams to achieve industry recognition for their performance, creativity, collaboration, agility, and their ability to build high-performing systems that ensure quality and consistency.

Currently, Ed serves as the Global Service Optimization Leader at Luminex, a Diasorin Company. In this role he optimizes global service activities, as well as leads a workforce development academy focused on leadership, innovation, mentorship and business development.  He is also an Executive in Residence (EIR) at the College of Business Administration, California State University, where he is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of business leaders in San Diego. Ed holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University, an undergraduate degree in business and technology, and has completed the Strategic Leadership & Business Education Program at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
