Eric Fowler is the VP of Service & Warranty at Power Solutions International, Inc (“PSI”) based in Wood Dale, IL. He is responsible for the Customer Care organization at PSI which includes a broad facet of customer support responsibilities including a level 1 and level 2 contact center, technical publications, training, field service engineering, & warranty. He graduated from Southern Illinois University in 2004 and has been with PSI for nearly 17 years.  He has a keen interest in any support mechanism that allows employees & customers to be successful at their jobs.
