Erik Sheehan is the Vice President of Business Operations Support for Wireline Network Operations at Verizon. In this capacity, Erik leads field, center and tech support teams in technology, process, systems, and strategy to deliver a best-in-class customer experience for Verizon’s Consumer and Business groups. His focus is on developing and implementing strategic initiatives, operationalizing new technology, building system capabilities and driving business transformation across a 24,000-employee organization.

Over the course of his career, Erik has held various positions of increasing responsibility in Strategy, Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, Finance, Real Estate, Network Operations, Enterprise Business, Engineering and Planning.

Erik received an MBA from Northeastern University and a BA in Math and Computer Science from Boston College. He resides in New Jersey with his wife and two boys. Erik has served on the Board of Trustees for New Jersey Future and coaches youth sports in his spare time.
