He holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Naples.

He has worked in Italy, Brazil, and the U.S., leveraging his multilingual skills and cross-cultural insights.
An active industry thought leader, Fabio has contributed to various industry podcasts and publications and is an Advisory Board Member with Service Council and part of TSIA (Technology & Services Industry Association).
