Gaurav Puri joined Medtronic in August 2003. Prior joining Medtronic, he worked in the Semiconductor industry for several years. Gaurav has held a variety of progressive leadership roles throughout his career in Service & Repair, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Quality, and Supplier Managed programs that serviced tier one customers through B2B (business-to-business) integrations.

Gaurav has developed and operationalized various strategies to improve business outcomes and customer experience. He also has built and led diverse, transformational global teams throughout his career to deliver improved safety, quality, service, financial, talent, capacity, and business continuity outcomes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Gaurav graduated from Arizona State University’s (ASU) W.P. Carey School of Business with a B.S. degree in Supply Chain Management and obtained his MBA from ASU.

 

 

He has been the recipient of multiple Star of Excellence awards at Medtronic, is a certified Lean Sigma Black Belt and holds a Medtronic Project Management Certification. Gaurav was also recognized with the Medtronic Wallin Leadership award, one of the most prestigious leadership honors at Medtronic for strong business results and talent development.
