Hannes Jantke is an experienced executive with extensive expertise in global service business and elevator installation. He is responsible for TKE Service Business Development with over 1.5 million maintenance units and a network of >25,000 technicians in all major countries around the world.
Hannes is driving successful business growth and performance by leading global transformation and performance projects, developing, and implementing KPI tracking and governance systems, and integrating the latest technologies (AI, digital tools, etc.). Within his organization, he also coordinates 11 global International Technical Support centers, which enable TKE to provide multibrand services by reverse-engineering competitors’ products.
His task is to shape the future of the Service Business alongside global teams by leveraging a broad background in Engineering, Finance, Strategy and Manufacturing. Hannes hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Braunschweig, is a Six Sigma Black Belt and trained Lean Expert.
