With a distinguished career spanning 36 years in the industrial marking and coding industry, Jack has held a wide range of roles across sales, service, and customer relationship management. This breath of experience driven by a strong motivation towards the industry, has given him a deep understanding of the full customer lifecycle, from solution design and delivery to operational support and long-term service optimization. His pragmatic ability to integrate commercial insight with technical expertise has made him a key contributor to organizational growth, digital transformation, and the development of innovative service strategies.
Jack holds an MSc in Business Administration and a BA in Electronic Engineering, a combination that underpins his strategic approach to service leadership-balancing technical rigor with business impact.
