Jatin (JT) Thakkar is a seasoned leader with 25 years’ experience in global service operations, customer support, healthcare technology and strategic business transformation. Currently as Director for Global Service at Carestream, he managers the Services P&L globally across all lines of business and is responsible for development and implementation of service strategy and long-term growth plans for the service business. He leads all the direct and indirect field and technical support teams as well as the service engineering, training and central service functions. He also leads the service commercialization for all products and to go market strategy for the new Software as a service offering. Over his career he has worked across all functions of customer service and successfully deployed enterprise-wide programs and global harmonized processes to drive operational efficiency and customer value. He is passionate about driving customer experience at all levels in the organization. JT has a Masters in Information Technology and an executive MBA from the Simon Business School. In his spare time, he likes to read, watch movies and explore new destinations around his hometown of Rochester, NY.
