Jeffrey Wartgow leads outbound product management for Oracle CX Service. The product suite includes best in class customer engagement centers, knowledge management, field service, advice engines, digital customer experience tools, and more. Mr. Wartgow came to Oracle through the acquisition of TOA technologies, where he led the company’s product marketing, as well as the channels and alliances organization. Prior to joining TOA Technologies, Mr. Wartgow was a Director at FTI Consulting and Dell Computers.
