As the Chief Digital & Information Officer, Jena leads the global parts business of AGCO Corporation, a leading agricultural equipment manufacturer. Aftersales parts is a key growth area of the business and delivers on the company’s Farmer First strategy while generating profitable growth via a world class distribution network and availability and deployment of digital tools.  Prior to joining AGCO in 2023, Jena spent twenty two years with John Deere where she was instrumental in the company’s execution of the technology center in Pune, India, deployment of precision technology solutions in the construction business, and significant improvements to the remanufacturing business during her tenure there.  She played a variety of roles including:

• General Manager, John Deere Reman, responsible for improving and growing the global remanufacturing business and delivering on the company’s sustainability goals via the reuse of material.
• Director of Worksight, responsible for the development and execution of the precision technology strategy for the construction and forestry division: telematics, grade control, and mapping solutions.
• Several previous roles in strategic planning, business development, portfolio management, quality, operations management, technical authoring, marketing and e-business in a variety of locations including Moline (IL, USA), Pune (India), Beijing (China), Augusta (GA, USA), Springfield (MO, USA).

Jena Holtberg-Benge holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in International Global Studies from Vassar College.  She and her family currently reside in the Chicago area.
