John is the Vice President, Xerox Digital eXperience for Service Delivery/Customer Service Technology. He leads IT strategy, development and support for Xerox technical services, professional services, service experience centers and managed services globally. John has worked in many functional areas within Xerox for more than 30 years, including manufacturing, service delivery, Lean Six Sigma deployment, managed services offering development, remote contact center management, service delivery strategy and transformation and now, information management. John attended the University of Iowa as an undergraduate and received an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. John is located in Rochester, New York.
