Joern’s currently leads the worldwide customer & product support activities including field services and customer training for Rolls-Royce Power Systems large diesel engines & systems portfolio.
During his career, Joern has held a variety of positions across a wide-array of customer facing and service functions with companies such as P&WC, MTU Aero Engines, Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace and Rolls-Royce Power Systems.
Prior to Power Systems Joern had the Position as VP On-Wing Operations for Rolls-Royce Business Aviation in which he established a 24/7 Aircraft Availability Centre for Business & Regional Jets maximizing fleet availability, speed & quality of services.
In his current role he developed and implemented the global 24/7 Customer Care Center network that supports 140,000 engines and 40,000 customers and is currently focusing in driving the continuous digitization of service management in areas such as equipment health management, fleet planning & field service management.
