Julio is the founder of 360 Apartment Renovations, a DFW-based full service apartments and residential renovations company. Julio started 360 Apartment Renovations with the vision of bringing to market a company that offers a one-stop shop solution for property management companies. The company offers a variety of turnkey services and delivers best in class quality and customer satisfaction leveraging technology.

Prior to starting 360 Apartment Renovations, Julio spent 15+ years in management consulting and other entrepreneurial endeavors. He most recently served as Managing Partner of Infineum Consulting, a boutique consulting firm and as Chief Operating Officer at FieldOne Systems. He joined FieldOne at an early stage and played a pivotal role in transforming a small software startup into a world-class enterprise business software company. As a result of this success, FieldOne was acquired by Microsoft in late 2015.

Julio has over 20 years of combined industry and consulting experience and has managed many consulting engagements for clients in a variety of industries. Julio has significant global operations, supply chain, international growth and turnaround/change management experience. He has helped startups develop the capabilities to scale and grow and has also helped established Fortune 500 companies execute transformational improvements that have yielded multi-million dollar results. Julio has a BS and MS in Industrial Engineering from ITBA and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He is fluent in English, Spanish, German, French, and Portuguese.
