Leonard (Len) Graves is Senior Vice President, Services Delivery, NCR. Comprising the largest proportion of NCR’s 40,000-plus global employee population, NCR’s 12,000-plus global Field Services team delivers industry leading levels of service and technical support to the world’s largest banks, retailers and restaurants. Under Len’s leadership, the Field Services team has leveraged its long-standing reputation as a relationship-based service provider into a competitive advantage with NCR customers of every size and in every industry. Len joined NCR as Vice President, Global Manufacturing in 2018, leading the team to achieve significant improvements in operational excellence across EHS, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Len also oversaw NCR’s transformation to contract manufacturing. Before joining NCR, Len was with General Electric for 18 years, where he his career progressed through the Quality, Operations, Services and Supply Chain organizations of GE’s Aviation and Oil and Gas Services Businesses. Len holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Glamorgan, Wales, UK.
