A Brazilian national living in Germany for nearly a decade, Lucas holds a degree in Electronics Engineering, a postgraduate qualification in Business, and has pursued additional studies at Harvard and IMD. He began his career as a Field Engineer and advanced into global roles at GE Healthcare and GE Oil & Gas (now Baker Hughes) before joining GEA.
