Matt Kennedy is Vice President, Global Capabilities & Innovation, Lifecycle Services. In this role, he leads the capability strategy for Lifecycle Services, new offer development process, and the corresponding business models. His team is responsible for designing our offerings and standards to deliver customer value and driving global consistency and profitability across all capabilities. In addition, Matt’s team continuously evaluates our technical workforce needs to build organizational competency.
