Matt Leuschner is an entrepreneurial, creative and sales growth leader with a strong record of driving revenue, innovation and business valuation. In 2018, Matt took over a start-up company that was a zero to investors. By 2019, Leuschner rebranded and rebuilt the business with a new moniker while doubling sales year over year. Now Wingmate boasts hundreds of clients, including the likes of Purolator & Sysco Food Service.

Matt is President and Co-Founder of Wingmate, a software company that helps service organizations leverage their front line staff to drive sales, communication and customer service. Under his leadership, the business sees impressive organic growth and innovation.

He holds a business degree from the University of Western Ontario.
