Matt currently serves as Director of North American Region – Field Operations for Whirlpool Corporation. Matt has served in various roles at Whirlpool with over 10 years of experience in Field Service, Customer Service, Sales and Supply Chain. He is known for delivering robust service recovery solutions yielding improved consumer experiences while achieving step level transformation. Matt graduated from Walden University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. He also holds a Master of Administration from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Lean Engineering from Kettering University.
