Mike Soucy is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in digital transformation, service operations, and leadership. Currently serving as a Digital Transformation Leader at Trane Technologies, Mike specializes in solution architecture, field service management, artificial intelligence (AI), and technology implementations.

Throughout his 17+ years at Trane Technologies, Mike has held various key roles, including Service Operations Project Manager, Regional Learning & Development Project Manager, and District Service Project Manager, demonstrating his expertise in optimizing service processes and driving technological advancements.

Before joining Trane, Mike dedicated nearly eight years to the U.S. Navy as a Maintenance Officer, overseeing facility operations and workforce management. His early career includes hands-on experience in welding and hydraulic manufacturing.
