My journey started as a Java developer in the mid 90s, grew through an MBA in Finance, and evolved into two decades of leading large scale programs across Supply Chain, High Tech, and Finance. Along the way, I built global teams, scaled delivery models, and partnered with Fortune 500 organizations to drive outcomes that actually moved the needle. Over time, a clear pattern emerged: the biggest challenges weren’t about effort—they were about clarity. Leaders needed better data, better automation, and better systems to make decisions with confidence.
