Sanjay has 35 years of Industry Experience, 28 years of which has been running various country, regional and worldwide Support Services functions at Hewlett Packard Company and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Most part of Sanjay’s experience in the industry and particularly at HPE has been around green field efforts, developing, scaling, and running large technical services organisations. Some of the recent and significant contributions have been creating & running GCCs, driving cutting edge innovation, development & deployment of large-scale AI & Automation and driving large scale transformation within Global teams. Sanjay’s contribution in Industry and HPE have been acknowledge through many recognitions including “Technology Services Leader of the Year” followed by recent “HPE Leader of the Year Award”

At present, Sanjay leads worldwide Technical Support Organisation comprising of over 3500+ highly talented workforce that operates from Strategic Hubs and Speciality Centers across 5 continents. Sanjay lives in India with his family, but travels most of the time, thanks to his Global role and a need to be with his teams across the globe.
