Stephanie Amendola is the Associate Director of Global Service & Repair, leading global Service & Repair and Technical Support strategic initiatives for Avanos Medical. In this role, she has facilitated multiple integrations of capital equipment related to M&A, improved service & repair margins through LEAN initiatives, and outsourced technical support to offshore partners.

Stephanie has 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, service delivery and customer technical support. Prior to Avanos Medical, Stephanie spent 10 years at Halyard Health/Kimberly-Clark Corporation where she worked in manufacturing as a Process Engineer and Operations Leader and drove transformations and improved efficiencies. She has also managed global Capital Project budgets including compliance to corporate financial instructions.
