As the head of HP Inc.’s Managed Services division, Tony is responsible for shaping the strategy, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring customer engagement. He collaborates closely with the organization to optimize operations, deliver superior service quality, and consistently exceed client expectations. Throughout his career, Tony has held pivotal roles, including leading EMEA & Global Delivery Operations at Xerox, where he spearheaded high-impact projects that generated significant growth while fostering long-term customer loyalty. His results-driven leadership and commitment to excellence have been key to transforming customer experiences and operational efficiencies across organizations. Tony holds a Master of Science in Industry Logistics and an HND in Electronic & Computer Engineering from the University of Central England. Outside of work, he enjoys motorsports and has a deep passion for classic cars, which reflects his appreciation for precision and performance—qualities he brings to his professional endeavors.
