Tracy is the VP of Aftermarket Sales and Managed Services for the Industrial Solutions group at Generac Power Systems. She is responsible for driving aftermarket growth and developing strategies to create long term, reoccurring value for customers after the original equipment sale.   Prior to her role at Generac, she held leadership roles in sales, tech service, and field service operations at industrial manufacturers Munters Corporation, Badger Meter, and Henkel Corporation. Tracy has been driven in her 25 year service career by the belief that proactive after-the-sale service programs can be business altering.

Tracy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toledo. She is a lifelong Midwesterner who currently resides in Wisconsin. Tracy and her husband are proud parents to five grown children.
