Roy Dockery is currently a leadership consultant. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Field Operations at Flock Safety, a SaaS based Public Safety System Startup based in Atlanta, GA. In his current role Roy is leading the organization through hyper growth expansion while building a resilient culture, process efficiencies and service excellence. Roy is also a leadership coach and podcaster on the Savage Truth Network. Previously he served as the Vice President of Customer Care for Swisslog Healthcare North America. In this role, he oversaw Field Service, Support Services, and Operations Administration for Swisslog’s healthcare automation products. Roy joined Swisslog in 2010 as a field service technician and was permitted the opportunity to build a Pharmacy Automation service division from the ground up as the director of field service operations in 2013.  Roy has a proven history of building and growing Field Service and Support teams that exceed expectations while building a culture that emphasizes the importance of People.
