Tom is responsible for 52 staff in the execution of $70M operations and capital budget, purchases, maintains and manages 4,750 vehicles and 1,837 pieces of associated support equipment at Spire Energy. He manages administrative staff and repair operations across Missouri, Alabama, Mississippi and Wyoming. In the first year alone, he successfully deployed GPS and camera solution for the entire fleet in all regions. He has rebuilt the Fleet Management Information System from the ground up and took severely outdated and underutilized program and brought it up to industry standards. In 2022, Spire Energy was recognized as Notable Fleet in the 100 Best Fleets in the Americas award and in 2023 recognized as the #1 Commercial Fleet in the Americas.
