Report: 2024 Service Leader’s Agenda Summary Findings

In December of last year, the Service Council™ launched the Service Leader’s Agenda survey. The purpose of this annual benchmark survey is to hear firsthand from service leaders about the challenges, priorities, and investments that their organization will be focusing on in 2024 and beyond. The intent of this report is to summarize the findings and highlight:

• The key pressures and drivers of success for service organizations in 2024
• Where organizations are on their journey to predictive and outcome-based services
