Faraz Zubairi is the Founder + CEO of ExamMed, an award-winning and nationally recognized Intelligent Care Management (ICM) platform delivering a unified, data driven healthcare experience by streamlining the access, management, and analysis of patient information across different systems. ExamMed acts as a centralized hub connecting and aggregating multiple sources of data – from electronic health records (EHRs), social care, remote monitoring, and other point of care systems, into a single, unified platform. The nationally deployed platform works with independent medical groups, health systems, and payers to deliver an agile, proven, simple, and scalable approach to preparing for the future of healthcare by fully integrating a robust product suite including remote care monitoring, telemedicine, referral management, population health, clinical workflow, and patient experience management.
Mr. Zubairi is also the Founder of Treehouse Holdings, a healthcare venture firm that fosters growth and value by launching its own ventures, partnering with innovative entrepreneurs, or through joint ventures to build pioneering companies that bring game-changing technologies, products, and services to the market.
Faraz began his professional life as a Special Assistant to Congressman Ed Towns (10-NY) where he focused on health and foreign policy and also provided many years of case management services for Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP (“BSF”), one of the top law firms in the world where he managed highly publicized multimillion-dollar state and federal cases, as well as international arbitrations. Mr. Zubairi has also served as a senior executive and member of the Board of Directors at Liquid Litigation Management, Inc. (“LLM”), a company he helped start over 20 years ago. LLM has become one of the go-to resources for electronic discovery and legal case management for many Fortune 500 companies and law firms throughout the United States.

Faraz is actively engaged in numerous corporate and non-profit boards and also speaks regularly at universities and to corporations on Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Social Responsibility.
