Gaurav Mehra is the CEO of Atheer, the leading platform for manufacturers to drive great customer experiences by digitalizing their service networks for a connected, remote-first, condition-aware world.

With a long career as an entrepreneur, operations leader, advisor and investor, Gaurav has helped imagine, found and scale multiple Enterprise Saas technology companies. He was a cofounder at Saba, the world’s first public company to deliver enterprise-class Learning Management Systems, and has had multiple other successful exits as founder, operator or investor.

Throughout this journey, Gaurav’s focus has always been the problem of how technology can transform and uplift human performance at scale as people interact with machines and business processes. Saba applied the new tech of that age – Internet and Cloud – to help solve global scale problems of channel readiness and channel compliance for the extended service and franchise networks for the likes of Cisco, BMW, Medtronics, Caterpillar and McDonalds. In this Digital Age, Atheer is leveraging the promise of Mobile, IoT, AI and AR to completely transform the connections and interactions between the manufacturer, service providers and the end-customers.
