Harold is a 10-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, working in Personnel Administration and as an Aviation Electrician. He spent five years volunteering with the Liberty Young Marines chapter of the Young Marines of the Marine Corps League. Upon leaving the service, Harold joined Dako.
While at Dako, Harold worked as a field service engineer, completed his bachelor’s degree in Technical Management and moved to Florida to assume a management role. He completed his master’s degree in project management while taking on more responsibility at Dako, which was acquired by Agilent Technologies in 2012.
Harold served as the Agilent Diagnostic Service Americas Regional Manager starting in 2013. He completed Agilent’s executive leadership training program (ELP), and managed, or participated in, several global projects.
In February of 2021, Harold was promoted to Associate Vice President managing the Biomolecular Service Organization (BSO). This newer organization, the BSO, is a cornerstone of Agilent’s strategy and combines several recent acquisitions and mergers into one service team.
Harold has been married to his beautiful wife, Teresa, for over 23 years. Their daughter, Marian, is living her authentic self while attending the Savanah College of Art and Design.
