Jodie is the CHRO at Friendly Home Services Group, a Private Equity backed consolidator in the residential home services space that is expanding their presence across the US, building a network of like-minded HVAC, plumbing and electrical services companies that share their vision and values that, at their core, focus on team members and customers.

Jodie has 28 years of diverse human resource experience supporting organizations within the consumer (residential and commercial) services and manufacturing industries. These organizations have ranged in size from $50M to $1B, including start-ups and early-stage build-ups within private equity and the private sector. With a strong focus on people and culture, she has been tasked to support the Friendly Group instill the right talent, engagement, and retention strategies to support rapid growth and create an employer of choice.

Jodie previously served as the Vice President, Human Resources supporting a $1B operating division for Overhead Door Corporation where she led the HR function for 70+ sales/service centers along with 10 manufacturing sites. She also served as the change management lead for the divisions Oracle ERP system implementation.

Prior to Overhead Door Corporation, Jodie held various HR leadership roles within the Industrial Gas industry supporting mid-sized distribution, service, and manufacturing businesses. She was instrumental in building out the HR organization for a private equity startup of a build-up of 14 acquisitions with the integration of 25 locations over a period of a few years supporting revenue growth from $50M to $300M.

Jodie earned her BBA from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), is a certified Human Capital Strategist (HCS) and holds a six-sigma green belt.
