Kate is an accomplished global supply chain executive with experience in the aerospace and manufacturing industries.
Kate provides global leadership for the field and logistics supply chain at Otis Worldwide Corporation. She develops and executes transformational strategies across the organization such as the digitalization of field purchasing, improving our spare parts and transportation management, and the subcontractor and field material excellence programs. Her focus is on delivering savings, mitigating risks and headwinds in our global supply chains, creating synergies, and ensuring robust sourcing from competitive quality suppliers.
Prior to her current role, Kate led the Global Indirect Supply Chain at Otis. Kate joined Otis in 2012 as Supply Chain Strategy manager after spending nine years with United Technologies, where she managed more than $1 billion USD of indirect supply chain spend and led the indirect supply chain integration of the Goodrich Company. She also launched global quality programs during her previous tenure at Carrier Corporation. Kate began her career as a process engineer in the cleanroom at JDSU Uniphase.
Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. She is an American Society of Quality (ASQ) certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a Prosci – Certified Change Management Leader, and a graduate of leadership programs at the Darden School of Business and Signature Leaders.
