Kirk Pothos is the President and CEO of CareAR, A Xerox and ServiceNow supported company. CareAR is an AR/AI powered enterprise visual support platform that makes expertise accessible instantly for customers, employees, and field workers. As the Service Experience Management (SXM) leader, CareAR specializes in bringing the service experience and customer experience together in a seamless digital workflow.

Prior to this role, Kirk was the established Vice President and CTO for Xerox organization.  Kirk has led a software technology organization in the development of applications and systems that power Xerox’s Global Document Services business. Kirk’s leadership for data analytics, IoT, management, and tools innovated results for Xerox client-centric and digitally driven technology solutions.
