Starting her career as a Forensic Scientist at Quest Diagnostics, Sara has seamlessly transitioned from a Field Service Engineer to various leadership positions within Waters’ service business. Holding an MBA with concentration in Health Care Administration and a BS in Forensic Toxicology, Sara combines her diverse background and expertise with several Change Management certifications from Prosci®.
