Scott Day is Chief Operating Officer for Crane 1 based in Westchester Ohio. In his role, Scott is responsible for growing the service business and improving productivity through technology and systems implementations.  Prior to that, Scott was Senior Vice President, Service Transformation for TK Elevator, North America. Scott was responsible for the MAX IoT program with over 70,000 connected elevators and for the delivery of the first Generative AI application in the elevator industry.

Scott’s experience is in large transformational projects, product lifecycle management, field service and IoT enabled services. He holds a degree in Business Management and has been a speaker/panelist at field service and IoT conferences across the U.S. as well as previously serving on the Service Council.
