Vito Minneci is the Vice President Service Parts at Hobart, an ITW Company located in Piqua, Ohio. He is responsible for complete oversight of the Service Parts business with full P&L ownership and has responsibility for marketing, sales, product management, operations, quality, customer service, procurement, and inventory management.

Prior to joining the Hobart team, Vito held several positions of increasing responsibility at Caterpillar Inc. and Kohler Co. including executive leadership roles in Engineering, Service, Marketing, Business Development, and New Product Development.

Vito earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University and an MBA from Aurora University. He was recognized for several achievements throughout his career including the Chairman’s Annual Quality Improvement Award and Central Illinois 40 Leaders Under 40. He is 6-Sigma certified in both DMEDI and DMAIC and has completed several leadership programs at Caterpillar and Kohler.

Vito brings unique industry experience to the role. Vito has a strong technical foundation as a Design Engineer as well as broad North American market knowledge in distribution development and product support. Additionally, he has focused on building a comprehensive service and aftermarket strategy to support large gaseous genset projects and launched a global diesel genset service strategy supporting Kohler Power Systems and SDMO power generation systems.

Prior to joining the Kohler team, Vito held several positions of increasing responsibility at Caterpillar including Design Engineer, Technical Service Representative, Senior Product Support Engineer, Marketing Consultant, Business Process Manager, Engineering Manager and New Product Introduction Manager responsible for Tier 4 Interim and Tier 4 Final engine development.

Vito earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University, and an MBA from Aurora University. He is Six Sigma Green Belt certified in both the DMEDI and DMAIC methodologies as well as 6 Sigma Black Belt certified. Internally, Vito completed the Kohler Leadership Forum and Global Leadership Program leadership training programs. He was recognized for several achievements including the Chairman’s Annual Quality Improvement Award at Caterpillar and Central Illinois 40 Leaders Under 40.
