Report: 2023 Voice of the Field Service Engineer Report

Recently, Service Council™ launched its annual Voice of the Field Service Engineer (VoFSE) survey. The survey received responses from over 2,500  frontline agents and provided insight into areas such as job satisfaction, future career plans, engagement, likes and dislikes of their role, thoughts regarding technology and recommendations for improvement.

This report will:

  • Summarize the findings revealed in the survey.
  • Compare the results with previous years to identify areas of improvement, as well as new and ongoing trends.
  • Suggest actions management can take to improve the efficacy, engagement and retention of field service engineers.
