2024 Women in Service Breakfast: “Fixing the Broken Rung”
Calling all women in service! You’re invited to the 1st annual Women in Service Breakfast at the 2024 Smarter Services Executive Symposium. We’ll be welcoming a stellar panel of trailblazing women service leaders for the discussion, “Fixing the Broken Rung.”

Topic: “Fixing the Broken Rung”
Join us for a townhall discussion and working breakfast, where we’ll explore some of the most pressing issues for women in service. Lend your voice and experience as we discuss:
- Identifying and overcoming common barriers that women and minorities in service face
- Building an individual path to success, and creating a pathway to achievement for women across all intersections and career levels
- Engaging others as champions for women and minorities in the workplace
- Mentoring the next generation of women service leaders
After breakfast, make sure you stick around for the 9:15AM presentation, as we continue the discussion on the mainstage keynote panel, “ Diversity’s North Star: From checking boxes to improving the outcomes.”
